Half Cabs are timeless to me. Steve caballero (the Sk8r Behind the shoe) was an idol of mine growin up. I still respect him today cuz he's lucky enough to be doing what he loves and make a good living at it too. I can only dream to do the same one day... sooner rather than later.... ANYWAYs I recently found out he blogs, http://steviecaballero.blogspot.com/(duh doesn't everybody? ;) ), pretty consistently at that. And he is quite the artist, check out some of his pieces on his site. He's definetly "living the dream"

I've said it before and I'll say it again, VANS 4 LIFE. Me and Vans have gone through a love/hate relationship my whole life, but this time we're sticking together.

my iPod broke earlier today, my iPod is my LIFEFORCE. I plan on replacing it ASAP but until then i will remain slighty depressed. But these videoes managed to make me smile.

real talk though, im down with most hipsters, but stay true to yourself. And if thats really you then that's kool. But do you. Do that and you might have more respect from me than most of them.

Swimming Cities

As a wrap-up for her summer long rafting-as-art experience on the Mississippi river with her fellow boat punx—known as the Miss Rockaway Armada—the elusive artist SWOON created the massive tour-de-force installation that is “Swimming Cities of the Switchback Sea” currently on display at Deitch Projects ‘ new Long Island City space until October 19th. The go-to event of the summer, the installation mimics the makeshift junkyard composition of the Miss Rockaway rafts and functions as a fully developed walk-through environment. To up the ante, the entire Rockaway Armada raft fleet is moored at the docks just outside the gallery.

I can only dream that one day my illustrations will look that good nevermind the amazing backdrops all that other fantastically beautiful stuff.

No words can do this show any justice. It was completely surreal. I wish I could relive it a thousand times over. I know these pics were a long time coming but i've been busy and today just seemed like the day the day to post them. One of these pics is my currrent wallpaper but I'll let you guess which one. APC Winter/SPring 09' Collection

While they are most popular for their denim lines, A.P.C. has an incredible ‘09 Collection. Their mens line are reminiscent of the more traditional business attire of decades past, infused with modern lines. For women A.P.C. has put together a pool of cloaks, skits, tights, and wool creating a cozy line of layers. My favorite pieces by them have always been their jackets, and denim of course.

low key though, this is song is good, probably the best song I've heard from the new record. Apparently it was written about this mother. I know that must of been the hardest time in his life. It definitely would've been for me. By him burying himself into his craft/work and performing the new version of Hey Mama on the Glow in the Dark Tour I think it served as a good way to deal with his loss.

From one of the best albums of 2005, Silent Alarm. It's so beautiful, love to me like anything else important in life, it's what you make it. Sometimes when it's easy its complex and sometimes when it complex it's easy but when it's good theres nothing like it. But when you know your mind just isnt synced with your heart anymore then maybe its time to let go. Sometimes the answers to your questions are right in front of you face. ok im gonna stop rambling on. I just hope you all enjoy this song as much as I do.
