Never saw the orginal, or had any interest to. but this looks sooo dope. I hope they take the same approach they did with the new Star Trek movie. Where you don't need to know anything about the history and it can simply be enjoyed as a great science fiction action flick.

Beautiful
60.000 pictures, developed 9.600 prints and shot over 1.800 pictures again another dope stop motion video has been created.
One of my goals this school year will be to create one of these. This one has given me so much inspiration. I might even storyboard it over this summer.

Dear NYC...
props to Maestro for this video. I never really understood the purpose of his videos, and still don't. But I can tell that this guy and I share a lot of the same interests. More importantly i know we can agree on thing; NYC is DOPE. This is video brings back memories of a lot places i would go to on a weekly basis. And I really miss a lot of these spots and people. Including Dave's Quality Meats and 10 Deep in particular. I know I'm on the path back there now, and I can't wait to get back.
